1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EarnZyada ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), website, mobile interface, and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
2. User Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent) to participate in tasks and request monetary rewards.
- You must be a resident of India or an eligible territory with a valid Indian UPI ID (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM) or bank account.
- One Account Rule: Strictly one account is permitted per individual, per physical device, and per UPI payment address. Registering multiple accounts to exploit sign-up or referral rewards is strictly forbidden.
3. Task Participation & Reward Verification
- Tasks (including surveys, app downloads, game milestones, videos, and partner offers) are provided by third-party advertising partners and sponsors.
- Rewards are credited only after the partner’s tracking API successfully verifies that the required actions were completed genuinely.
- EarnZyada reserves the right to withhold rewards if a partner reports fraudulent engagement, non-completion, or artificial traffic.
4. Prohibited Activities (Strict Anti-Fraud Policy)
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, Tor, or IP masking tools to alter your geographic location.
- Running the platform or partner apps on emulators (e.g. Bluestacks, Nox), virtual machines, or rooted/jailbroken spoofing devices.
- Using auto-clickers, bots, automated scripts, or fraudulent task completion methods.
- Submitting fabricated screenshots, forged transaction proofs, or fake identities.
Violation of this section results in immediate and permanent account termination, and forfeiture of all accumulated balances.
5. Payouts & Withdrawals
- Minimum Threshold: Users may request a withdrawal once their verified balance reaches ₹50 (or the current threshold stated on the dashboard).
- Payment Methods: Withdrawals are fulfilled via direct UPI transfer or verified payment processors.
- Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing the correct UPI ID or phone number. EarnZyada is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect UPI ID provided by the user.
- Processing Timelines: Most payouts are credited instantly or within 24 to 48 business hours following routine security checks.
6. Referral Program Policy
EarnZyada offers a referral incentive program. Users earn bonuses when their referred friends join and complete qualifying tasks. Self-referrals, buying fake clicks, or sending unsolicited spam on public forums is strictly prohibited and will disqualify the user from all referral earnings.
7. Limitation of Liability
EarnZyada provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and prompt payouts, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions, third-party offerwall downtime, or partner network delays.
